These Terms of Service govern your use of the Land Link LLC website and services. By using our site or providing your information, you agree to these terms. Land Link LLC provides done-for-you database reactivation services for real estate professionals, turning old and cold CRM leads into booked appointments through automated text and email follow-up.

Results are not guaranteed and depend on your list and your follow-through. Any paid service engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Land Link LLC.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Land Link LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-ups about your inquiry, responses to your questions, and occasional promotional offers related to our lead-reactivation and marketing services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Land Link LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.

Opting out and getting help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will no longer send you text messages. For help, reply HELP or contact our support team at [email protected] or (725) 425-5088.

Carrier liability. Carriers, including wireless carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from Land Link LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
